Your Redline is calculated through a 10-minute treadmill heart rate assessment to understand exactly what your heart is doing while you exercise. This ensures that you are in the proper training zone for each minute of your workout.

3x THE BENEFIT, 1/3 THE TIME

Our custom algorithm makes it so that your training is so precise that you'll experience 3x the benefit in 1/3 the time. This means that with Redline Cardio you workout for 20 minutes but get the benefit of a 60-90 minute workout.

A SCHEDULE THAT COMMITS

It's inevitable, some days you don't want to leave the couch. We've created a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule that maximizes your results. Better yet, it makes it so that you work hard to commit to completing each of those 5 workout days.
